The dashboard on Blueprint.study is a single location for educators and students to see impending, upcoming, and overdue assignments. 

Instructor/Admin View

Select a Classroom

Click “Select A Classroom” from the drop-down menu on the top right of the dashboard to display information from a desired classroom. After selecting a different classroom, the Overview, Calendar, and Recently Submitted fields will update with the grades and assignments relevant to the appropriate classroom.

Overview

Class Grade

As students start submitting assignments, the class grade will give a percentage of the overall class grade. If an Instructor or Site Administrator selects the Glass Grade box, they will be redirected to the Gradebook of the classroom selected in the classroom selector drop-down.

Assignments To Grade

As students start submitting assignments, the total number of assignments that have been turned in will be shown for the classroom selected from the classroom selector drop-down. If an Instructor or Site Administrator selects the Assignments To Grade box, they will be redirected to the relevant classroom’s Gradebook. 

Calendar

The Calendar at the center of the dashboard will house current and upcoming lessons and activities of the current week. The left and right arrows can be used to navigate to other weeks. An Instructor or Site Administrator can select an assignment to view or even edit the lesson. There is an “edit Schedule” that will redirect to the monthly calendar editor to adjust any lessons as needed. 

Recently Submitted

This section at the bottom of the dashboard will list all student submissions with the assignment name, student name, original due date, and the day the assignment was submitted. To the right of the section will be a “Visit Gradebook” button that will redirect the Instructor or Site Administrator to the Gradebook for the classroom selected from the classroom selector drop-down at the top of the dashboard.

Student View

Calendar

The Calendar at the center of the dashboard will house current and upcoming lessons and activities of the current week. The left and right arrows can be used to navigate to other weeks. A student can select an assignment to begin the assignment or from the To-Do section below.  

To-Do

The To-Do section will show a student all overdue assignments and the original due date. Students can select a desired assignment to begin working on the assignment. 

Active Courses 

The Active Courses section will show the students the curriculum that an Instructor or Site Administrator has permitted the students to view if students want to browse topics or work ahead in their material.
